Turn Taking Activity

Players take turn passing a basket back and forth and matching playing cards. The students know when the game is over when the basket is empty. Because all of the pieces of the game are interchangeable, this game can have thousands of variations. Also, the level of the matching can be adapted to meet the skills of the students (i.e. direct match, color match, etc).
Guess About - Group Language Activity
Sat, 10/25/2008 - 16:50 — dradminGuess About is a fun group language game for 2-8 players. Players take turns guessing about one of the players to find out about him/her. The guesses are written down on the board and after all plyaers have guessed about one of the questions, the answer is revealed. This activity can be customized to use hundreds of different questions. Also, visual supports are included that correspond with each question for non-verbal students or students that need extra support.
